Self Defense Products: Whatever you purchase, examine it, try it, use it for thirty (30) days. If for any reason you wish to return it, just ask and we will refund your money. We guarantee all products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless manufacturer’s warranty is longer). after sale to the customer. We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.

Surveillance Products: In order to qualify for a return, refund or an exchange please contact us. All refunds and exchanges must be preprocessed. Our quality control is a key ingredient to customer satisfaction and we test all of our products. Ultimately our client satisfaction is our priority. 

Return Policy: Special orders, including hidden cameras, surveillance equipment and other hi-tech products may NOT be canceled. Returns for product that is damaged in shipment* will be accepted ONLY after preauthorization. All returns must be in original package.  Replacement product, credits, or refunds will be made at our discretion.
